I drive end-to-end UX research across consumer products, internal tools, and AI-assisted workflows. I translate ambiguous user signals into roadmap-shaping insights by defining clear research initiatives and connecting findings to product decisions.
At Meta, I defined and led qualitative research for AI-assisted sales productivity and CRM workflows, uncovering inefficiencies and user pain points that reshaped priorities for major automation initiatives. I also built an insight-to-decision feedback loop to surface usability blockers earlier and accelerate iteration, including A/B testing with hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, and follow-up research.
At Google, I served as the primary researcher for multiple next-generation Google Watch concepts, combining interviews, concept testing, and prioritization measures across relevance, desirability, usability, and fit. I led mixed-method portfolio work using MaxDiff and TURF analysis, and I ran task-based usability research across critical components of a voice journey to uncover 10+ breakdowns that shaped accessibility and global launch refinements.
