Tataru Adi Sebastian

I currently manage the day-to-day operations of my family business in Iași, where I am responsible for customer relations, inventory, suppliers, cash management and overall organization. This role has strengthened my management, decision-making and problem-solving skills, as I regularly handle customer requests, resolve complaints, coordinate multiple priorities and respond independently to unexpected situations.

Previously, I worked in Customer Service at EXPRESS CREDIT PAWN, where I assisted customers, identified their needs, negotiated solutions, handled documentation and transactions, and resolved challenging situations in a professional manner. I also worked as a Personal Driver in Spain, an experience that further developed my adaptability, reliability, organization and communication skills in an international environment.

I am particularly interested in remote Customer Support, Customer Service and Operations roles where I can use my communication and management experience to solve customer problems and deliver a positive experience. I speak English at C1 level and Spanish at B2 level, and I am motivated to continue developing my career within an international company.
