I’m looking for a role where I can handle confidential documents accurately—supporting customers with strong communication, phone coverage, and reliable data entry. I want clear expectations, compliance-focused work, and opportunities to grow into paralegal or investigative services.

I’m a Title and Licensing Clerk focused on issuing Driver’s Licenses and State IDs while handling confidential documents with care. I’m detail oriented, dependable with cash/money handling, and committed to verifying correct documentation every time.

Across my work history, I’ve strengthened my customer service skills while managing phones, confidential paperwork, and data entry. At Indian Health Services, I operated within HIPAA guidelines and supported patient/customer care by processing referrals and sending confidential documents through an EHR system.

I also bring strong operational and sales support from prior roles, including cashiering and kitchen/crew work. As a Co-Owner/Marketing/Artistic Director, I managed inventory, handled money, created graphic designs and art pieces, and built rewards and marketing systems to boost sales.
