In my current lien verification work, I use internet research engines and databases to verify project details with 100% compliance to company standards. I conduct ownership research for state-required notices, engage key stakeholders for accurate inputs, and update records in the company’s database to support on-time lien processing and minimize legal risk.

I’ve also built strong operational experience across administrative support, customer care, and logistics.
