What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end hiring and workforce planning, partner with business leaders on hiring strategy and governance, and build compliant people operations—while driving employer branding, KPIs, and retention through scalable recruitment execution.

I’m a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment leader who progressed from agency recruitment into leading in-house talent acquisition, workforce planning, and people operations support across multiple jurisdictions. I partner with founders and hiring managers to shape headcount planning, role prioritisation, hiring timelines, and offer decisions that match business growth.

In my current HR Manager, People and Culture role at Asgard Resources, I own end-to-end internal hiring for permanent and contract hires and develop internal hiring strategies for regional expansion and Employer of Record (EOR) services. I also act as a secondary Principal Consultant on RPO engagements—providing strategic hiring guidance and quality assurance while staying hands-on in execution.

I’ve built company-wide HR foundations, including employee handbook, SOPs, onboarding frameworks, and performance management processes, while managing Industrial Relations matters with JTK and EPF for compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955. Alongside this, I lead employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn, track organisation-wide KPIs for retention and employee experience, and support compliant people practices through continuous employment regulation research across SEA and beyond.
