At Agile Infoways LLC, I currently lead an offshore team of eight developers and drive a service transformation project using Data360 and Agentforce. I also contributed to the company achieving official Salesforce Partner status.
I deliver technical pre-sales demos for prospective clients and oversee project delivery and team coordination. I also onboard and mentor new team members as the Salesforce practice grows.
At Shrine Consultancy Services, I worked across Salesforce projects focused on scalability and business process improvement. I led a team of four developers, contributed to project onboarding, and trained and mentored team members.
My project work includes CTI integrations, Omni-Channel routing, and Salesforce integrations with external systems. I’ve also worked on a Data360 and Agentforce service transformation, including a unified data strategy and real-time LWC dashboards.
