I am a dedicated professional with experience in customer consulting and sales. My journey began at Paul, Bouznika, where I quickly learned to thrive under pressure and effectively address customer needs. This role taught me the importance of finding solutions and maintaining a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.

As an English teacher, I further developed my communication skills and gained insights into human behavior, which enhanced my ability to connect with clients. My time at Zara, Guilise, as a sales advisor allowed me to refine my patience and problem management skills, opening doors to new client interactions and requirements.

Currently pursuing my studies in management at the Faculté des Sciences Juridiques, Économiques et Sociales de l’Université Cadi Ayyad in Marrakech, I am eager to apply my knowledge and experiences in a dynamic work environment. I believe that continuous learning and adaptation are key to personal and professional growth.
