I’m looking to lead operations and delivery in a fast-moving team—building 0→1 orgs, setting delivery standards and runway discipline, and using AI to increase throughput, especially in regulated, data-heavy environments.

I’m an operations and delivery leader with 11+ years turning ambiguity into shipped outcomes—and a full 0→1 company build behind me. As CEO & CPO of TreximAI, I built and ran a 10-person cross-functional organization, secured six-figure capital, and managed a multi-month operating runway under wartime conditions.

I own strategy and execution end to end: a 12-month roadmap, go-to-market, and multi-party negotiations. I led cooperation memoranda across banking, fuel retail, and insurance, while maintaining burn and cash discipline and delivering through regulated complexity.

I focus on measurable throughput improvements. Earlier, I led delivery and discovery across energy (500,000+ users), and I’ve driven user-journey and workflow wins—cutting key user-action time by ~35% and support calls by ~20%, while growing online submission share to 50–60% end-to-end.
