At Langate Software, I translated enterprise HR Tech needs into detailed, delivery-ready specifications for a white-label employee recognition platform. I was promoted to BA Team Lead, aligning five analysts on discovery, documentation, and delivery-readiness standards.

I've partnered directly with CTOs, product leaders, end users, and C-level stakeholders across the US, UK, Canada, and Europe. My work spans FinTech ERP, insurance, real estate, logistics, aviation, and SaaS products.

Earlier at Axon Dev Group, I led discovery for dozens of clients starting with only an idea or verbal pitch. I introduced a 4–6-week discovery phase that became a company standard, improving estimate accuracy and reducing project risk.
