At Endeavor Ukraine, I designed and built a Notion operating system and unified team task tracker, creating a shared home for operating guidance, projects, risks, and team capacity. I also owned the Business Continuity workstream and mapped the entrepreneur journey across Salesforce, Notion, and Google Drive.
At Blade Runner Hair Academy & Shop, I designed L1–L3 process architecture and built a Notion system for OKR tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management. I used Lean methods and operational dashboards to improve visibility and clarify accountability across teams.
At Backstage Academy, I co-founded Ukraine's first beauty EdTech platform as an early core team member and shaped its product lifecycle. I architected its LearnWorlds infrastructure and developed courses and masterclasses; earlier, I launched a course that reached 1,000+ enrolments in six weeks with 92% satisfaction.
