I’m an experienced banking professional and an Operations Officer transitioning into education. I bring a strong foundation in clear communication, guiding individuals, and managing learning effectively to help people stay engaged and progress with confidence.

In my Operations Officer work with Security Bank Corporation, I’ve focused on creating engaging, supportive, and results-driven learning experiences. I’m especially motivated by roles where I can combine structure, communication, and follow-through to support others in learning and performance.

My background also includes client-facing banking roles such as Sales Associate (UniversalTeller) and Customer Service Associate—New Accounts with East West Banking Corporation and Robinsons Bank Corporation. That experience strengthened my reliability under pressure and my ability to work with people consistently and professionally.

I pair my service experience with practical improvement skills like performance monitoring and process improvement, along with problem-solving abilities. I’m also working from a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT to keep my approach organized, accountable, and efficient as I grow into education.
