I’m a Customer Experience & Banking Operations Specialist focused on helping clients with confidence and care. In my Service Associate role at China Bank Savings, I handled client concerns, including opening accounts and client verification, as well as other banking services.

I also bring client-centered sales and advisory experience as a Bancassurance Sales Executive / Licensed Financial Advisor with BPI AIA. I promoted insurance solutions through BPI branches, helped clients by conducting financial needs analysis, and worked toward sales targets.

Before these roles, I built professional exposure through internships, including work at the Provincial Legal Office of Bataan and the Philippine Women’s University Bataan CDEC Bataan. I stay disciplined and communication-focused—evidenced by being “Recipient of Dean’s List Academic Achievement Award,” “With Honors,” and serving as a “News Writing Representative.”
