What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level banking role focused on account operations, customer service, and financial reporting in a professional, growth-oriented environment.

I am a recent Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Financial Management, with practical experience in customer-facing banking and call center roles. I blend academic training in finance, data analysis, and financial reporting with hands-on experience in account servicing and client coordination.

In my most recent role as a Customer Solutions Officer at Citi Bank, I resolved client inquiries across channels, managed billing and account issues, and supported process improvements while evaluating risk and protecting client interests. During my on-the-job training at Development Bank of the Philippines, I supported new account openings and maintained accurate customer databases.

Prior to banking, I worked in a call center as an appointment setter where I developed cold-calling, lead management, and sales-data analysis skills that improved outreach and relationship-building. I have also led multiple academic research projects and held student leadership roles, demonstrating organization and accountability.
