I deliver contract-based project management consulting for healthcare clients, including EHR and client-platform integrations for physician practices. I currently manage integration work for an eight-doctor practice serving more than 5,000 patients, coordinating requirements, testing, rollout, issue tracking, and post-launch support.

Across McKinstry, Modern Capital Development Group, Steven Anthony Luxury Homes, and Inland Homes, I managed facilities operations, construction delivery, client communication, vendors, permits, schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation. I have overseen hundreds of weekly CMMS work orders and managed more than 30 homes concurrently across construction stages.

My background also includes account management, compliance support, bookkeeping, and business office operations. I use clear stakeholder communication, practical documentation, and workflow improvements to keep complex work moving.
