I'm looking to lead healthcare implementation work where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, strengthen repeatable delivery processes, manage risks early, and help complex clinical, technology, research, or operational initiatives reach successful outcomes.

I've supported 40+ concurrent healthcare, research, IT, finance, and laboratory initiatives at Mayo Clinic within a $30M program, maintaining plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive-ready reporting.

Most recently, I directed planning and execution for 41 educational offerings serving 1,700+ attendees at the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine. I built trackers and action logs for committees and physician leaders, managed communications across staff, clinicians, speakers, volunteers, and vendors, and standardized SOPs and SharePoint workflows.
