I'm leading enterprise healthcare initiatives at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, delivering projects across Operations, Finance, HR, Revenue Cycle, and Technology from business case through go-live and stabilization.

I've led multi-vendor healthcare technology and clinical workflow implementations including Epic Connect, imaging/PACS, BD Pyxis/MedBank pharmacy automation, Oracle ERP/EPM, and new service-line workflows. I coordinate clinical leaders, IT teams, vendors, and frontline stakeholders to resolve dependencies, manage risk, and meet fixed launch dates.

I also designed UKG workforce analytics and productivity automation across 100+ cost centers, connecting payroll, operational output, and financial data on a bi-weekly reporting cadence.

Earlier, I managed a $250M+ operating budget, built Power BI and Tableau dashboards, supported post-merger workforce integration at Newell Brands, and managed capital budget operations for DC Water's $3.8B infrastructure program. I'm PMP-certified and apply Lean Six Sigma, governance, and data-driven problem solving to make operational change stick.
