What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead organizational quality, process improvement, compliance, and performance-management initiatives where I can strengthen systems, reduce variation, and improve service delivery.

At Pima County Health Department, I lead quality and process improvement initiatives across clinical, administrative, and community teams. I redesign workflows through root-cause analysis and process mapping, improving efficiency by up to 30% while reducing rework and compliance risk.

I build KPI dashboards, performance metrics, standard workflows, policies, and audit-ready documentation that give leaders real-time visibility into program performance. I also manage more than $110K in annual grant funding with less than 1% variance.

Previously, I managed accreditation lifecycle activities, translated regulatory standards into operational workflows, and trained 80+ staff and leaders on compliance and documentation expectations. My standardization work saved 200+ staff hours per accreditation cycle and reduced resubmission requests by 5%.

My public health work also includes vaccine equity initiatives and Food-as-Medicine operations serving 250+ families monthly. I bring Lean Six Sigma, healthcare quality, change management, and firsthand Veteran clinical-care experience to work that makes services more reliable and accessible.
