What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing sales or relationship management role where I can grow revenue, build long-term customer relationships, lead and mentor teams, and contribute through strong sales operations and compliance.

I'm currently managing the full vehicle sales cycle at Direct Nissan, from prospecting and referrals through deal structuring, financing, settlement processing, and delivery. I maintain client pipelines, meet monthly unit and CSI targets, and hold OMVIC licensing and Nissan Canada product certification.

Previously, I led sales initiatives and store operations as Store Manager at Freedom Mobile, recruiting, training, and mentoring sales associates while using performance metrics to support senior management decisions. At TD Canada and S&P Data LLC (SHAW), I supported customers across phone, email, and chat, identified sales opportunities, resolved escalations, and tailored telecommunications offers to client needs.
