What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time Epic Analyst role where I can independently deliver Ambulatory and perioperative workflow improvements, lead SIT/UAT and go-live stabilization, and collaborate closely with clinical and technical stakeholders to solve complex issues.

I’m an Epic Ambulatory Certified Application Analyst with 5+ years of Epic build, optimization, testing, implementation, and production support experience, plus 9+ years in healthcare IT. I partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to analyze workflows, solve complex system issues, and deliver scalable Epic solutions.

In recent roles, I’ve supported OpTime and Anesthesia perioperative environments, validated build and configuration changes, and strengthened go-live stabilization through issue troubleshooting, defect documentation, and escalations. I also lead end-to-end Epic Ambulatory build and optimization—covering requirements gathering, configuration, SIT/UAT, change control, and training—while integrating tools like Nuance speech-to-text with Epic Haiku to improve provider documentation efficiency.
