I’m a results-driven digital marketing professional with hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, CRM automation, and lead generation for marketing agencies. I set up and optimize campaigns for leads and conversions, using conversion tracking and performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS to keep ad spend efficient. I’m passionate about using data to reduce cost per lead and improve campaign efficiency.

In my current freelance role, I plan and manage Google Ads Search and Display campaigns while building CRM workflows in GoHighLevel for lead tracking, pipeline organization, and automated follow-up sequences. I also execute email campaign automation and segmentation to improve lead nurturing and engagement, then analyze performance data to identify underperforming keywords and implement optimizations. Before that, I supported office systems and user connectivity as a Desktop Support Engineer and completed an Operations Intern role where I documented SOPs and supported data reporting.
