At King’s College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, I led a scoping review of 80+ studies to inform manager training for supporting employees with lived mental health experience.
I conducted 15 focus groups and synthesised the findings using NVivo and AI-assisted qualitative tools. I contributed to a funded training programme designed to upskill managers and translated research into practical organisational development recommendations.
For my King’s College London dissertation, I completed a PRISMA-compliant systematic review of adaptive workplace gamification, screening 950+ studies. I registered and published the protocol on PROSPERO and used Rayyan AI for screening.
In a consulting project for Burberry, I evaluated the organisational impact of the Burberry Forward Programme and designed a three-level change intervention focused on leadership alignment, team development and employee support. My MSc in Organisational Psychology was awarded with Distinction.
