What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a permanent or contract L&D role.

For public and private sector clients, including work aligned with the NHS Leadership Academy framework, I deliver executive coaching and leadership development. I design workshops and tailored learning interventions, and use strengths-based and positive psychology approaches to support engagement, resilience, and leadership capability.

At Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt Ltd, I led HR and L&D strategy across a global workforce and introduced a performance management framework. I also led a culture transformation from a family-run to a professionally managed structure and developed a team of 12 HR professionals.

Earlier, at Pragati Leadership & Training, I delivered training across finance, IT, and manufacturing. I hold an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring and am a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. I’m available for permanent or contract L&D roles.
