At IBM India, I process around 880 monthly payment transactions while maintaining 98%+ accuracy against SLA targets. I apply payments to customer invoices in SAP and IBM BPM, matching client remittance details for correct sub-ledger postings.
I also book adjustments for discounts, refunds, and customer advances, and process accounting entries during month-end close. My work includes credit reviews, customer setup, billing adjustments, and clearing aged sub-ledger items with sales and finance teams.
Earlier, as a Market Research Intern at Hindustan Times Media Ltd., I researched consumer behaviour across 200+ respondents and compiled competitive analysis that informed a revised Q4 2024 customer acquisition strategy.
