I am a result-driven finance professional with strong experience in Order to Cash, accounts receivable and billing operations. I focus on accurate invoicing, reconciliation and resolving payment discrepancies to support client cash flow and project accounting.
In my current role at Genpact I manage payroll billings, create and modify invoices (including management, project and bonus fees), process refunds, reverse duplicate billings and maintain AR process controls. I also prepare summary and item activity reports for client reconciliation.
Previously, I worked in business development and completed a summer internship researching pricing impacts, which strengthened my analytical and client-facing skills. I hold an MBA in Marketing and a B.Com (Hons.), and have been recognized multiple times for top performance and communication achievements.
I bring a positive, flexible attitude, strong documentation and reporting skills, and a commitment to process redesign and continuous improvement to help finance teams reduce errors and accelerate collections.
