I’m a results-driven finance professional with 2 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) operations, focused on keeping financial records accurate and audit-ready. In my current role as a Process Analyst, I drive day-to-day payment processing and account reconciliations to support reliable cash flow and reporting.

I strengthen billing and collections outcomes through investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action. I develop and track KPIs to measure O2C process effectiveness, and I use SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel to streamline cash application, reconciliation, and reporting while improving billing accuracy.

Before that, as a Process Associate, I reviewed customer orders for accuracy and completeness, analyzed accounts to spot payment discrepancies, and coordinated with customers to resolve invoicing and dispute issues. I bring a detail-oriented, compliance-minded approach to every transaction—turning recurring issues into measurable process improvements.
