What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or hybrid full-time or part-time opportunities in IT support, systems administration, network administration, infrastructure, or technical support.

I've supported e-government services at the Ismailia Information Portal, building dynamic HTML, PHP, and ASP applications integrated with MySQL and MS-SQL. I administered Windows and Linux systems, deployed local and Internet-facing services, and managed Apache, IIS, and VMware environments.

Across 23+ years in corporate, educational, governmental, and e-government settings, I've handled IT infrastructure, Cisco networking, server management, technical troubleshooting, user support, and IT operations. My certifications include CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCITP, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux LPI, and CIW Security Professional.

I've also trained recent graduates through ITI, IBM Egypt, and an MCIT USAID-funded program in networking, web development, server administration, Windows, Linux, firewalls, and encryption. Today, I coordinate investor services for Ismailia Governorate while continuing to deliver remote economics training.
