What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue managing and improving IT infrastructure, user support, Microsoft 365, networks, and security while growing my cybersecurity skills.

At Unlimited Egypt Travel, I manage the complete IT infrastructure supporting more than 60 employees as the sole IT administrator. I designed the structured network, deployed primary and backup Windows Servers, and migrated 34 business mailboxes from Namecheap to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online within 48 hours without interrupting operations.

I troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, and business-application issues while maintaining backups, corporate mobile lines, GPS devices, and CCTV systems. I also coordinate vendors, procurement, quotations, and support for the Tourism Management and Accounting systems.

Previously, I administered Windows environments, Active Directory accounts, workstations, and remote support at ElMohandes Press. I'm currently studying the ALX Cybersecurity Program and hold CompTIA A+, CCNA, and MCSA certifications.
