What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own full-cycle HR work, strengthen compliance and documentation, and use HR data to improve reporting—while building a people-centred culture and designing practical systems that managers can trust.

I’m a results-driven HR professional with 3 years of progressive HR experience and 2½ years in administrative roles, grounded in a Master’s in Human Resource Management (Distinction) and First-Class Honours training in Psychology and Management Studies.

Across government and public sector, financial services, NGOs, and facilities management, I design HR processes from scratch—strengthening accountability, closing documentation gaps, and identifying compliance risks. I’m known for resolving longstanding HR issues, reducing errors, and improving the reliability of people and records workflows.

In my current role, I’ve built automated leave tracking in Microsoft Excel, redesigned performance appraisal tools, and developed contract tracking systems for ~275 employees—ensuring clear manager sign-off and end-to misdirected blame. I also manage confidential HR records, support HR reporting and budgeting, and handle end-to-end recruitment for 8+ vacancies.

I also support HR audits as a part-time contractor, where I compile and analyze HR data to produce client-ready reports and guide corrective actions.
