I've spent 17 years at Accuray leading payroll, accounts payable, and stock administration operations for approximately 800 employees across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and Brazil. I oversee $5–6M in monthly payroll and have built and managed Payroll and AP teams of up to eight people.
I’ve led major operational transformations, including migrations from ADP PCPW to ADP Workforce Now, eTime Enterprise to Workday Time & Attendance, and Great Plains to Microsoft Dynamics AX. I also transitioned 500 employees to bi-weekly payroll in arrears, integrated approximately 400 acquired employees into ADP, and drove an 85% improvement in PO submissions before purchasing.
Earlier at Medtronic, I managed multi-state payroll for 900 employees and supported Oracle implementation, SOX compliance, payroll audits, electronic pay statements, and W-2 delivery. I partner closely with Finance, HR, Legal, and executive leadership on compliant payroll, equity, controls, and financial operations.
