I’m a highly analytical, solutions-driven payroll leader experienced in driving all aspects of multi-state, multi-location, and international payroll processes. I own taxes, garnishments, commissions, and other financial demands, and I’m known for researching and resolving payroll-related issues while staying current with government/state payroll regulations.

In my current role, I spearhead weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states using Paychex. I also serve as a system administrator—managing security access, providing reporting, auditing payroll for reasonableness, and improving payroll performance through process and administration improvements.

I’ve also delivered payroll implementations and transitions in a client-facing environment, upgrading and migrating data (earnings, taxes, and deductions) into new payroll systems. From managing expectations to tracking integration tasks and ensuring successful first payroll after launch, I keep implementations on track and functioning correctly.

Across earlier roles, I led multi-state payroll processing (US and Canada) using Workday and ADP, Paycom, Ulti-pro, and Ceridian Dayforce. I handled timecards and overtime reviews, investigated payroll discrepancies, completed government reporting (including BLS, WCB/WSIB, and EEOC-01), and supported internal/external payroll audits—always aiming for accurate, compliant outcomes.
