I’m looking for a Head of Logistics or Head of Supply Chain Department role with international scope, focused on clear foreign trade support systems, KPI control at every stage, and transparent tracking tools.

At PTS LLC, I built an end-to-end goods flow control system with 100% visibility and 90% delivery time forecast accuracy. I also created an in-house customs clearance department, reducing logistics costs from 13% to 6% of turnover and cutting delivery lead times by 50%.
