I am an HR Generalist and Recruiter with a strong business mindset, dedicated to supporting operations and managing people processes. During my time at Quality Van Lines, I honed my skills in dispatch coordination, managing delivery schedules, and maintaining communication between various stakeholders. My role at QBQ involved sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, where I successfully maintained accurate HR files and databases, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

One of my proudest achievements was coordinating the opening of the official FC Barcelona store in Tbilisi. I led the end-to-end HR support, from drafting job descriptions to managing the onboarding process, which showcased my ability to handle complex projects with precision and efficiency.
