What I'm looking for
I’m an HR Manager focused on strengthening HR administration, building clear HR policies and procedures, and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant. In my current role, I draft and administer employment contracts, orders, and HR documentation while managing working hours, leave, absences, and salary changes.
I also handle employee insurance administration, RS.ge registrations, and HR databases, and I contribute to development of org structures and job descriptions. I lead full-cycle recruitment—from vacancy analysis to final candidate selection—by defining recruitment channels, posting vacancies, organizing interviews, and maintaining candidate databases with recruitment analytics and labor market research.
I’m passionate about improving employee experience through structured onboarding and evaluation. I plan, implement, and evaluate employee onboarding programs, support performance evaluation systems, and prepare HR reports based on attendance, productivity, engagement, and satisfaction research.
Earlier, I delivered full HR cycle management as an HR Generalist and HR Specialist, including recruitment, onboarding, probation monitoring, and evaluation. I’ve also built and supported HR KPI systems for recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, and retention, and I managed compensation and benefits, always aligning internal regulations and processes with the Labor Code.
