What I'm looking for

I'm interested in HR Generalist and Compensation & Benefits roles.

At Credo Bank, I monitor headcount, employee turnover, and other HR metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making. I also calculate employee bonuses and administer fitness and health insurance benefits.

I contribute to HR policies and procedures and help plan employee satisfaction, onboarding, and other surveys, analyzing results and preparing key findings. Earlier, as an Administrative Assistant at Chemonics International – USAID Educating the Future Program and RTI International – USAID Basic Education Program, I supported HR processes and program administration.
