What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote-ready operations or project delivery role where I can independently coordinate complex workstreams, improve workflows, manage stakeholders and partners, and turn plans into practical delivery.

I've led operations, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination across international brands, retail, property management, and agency environments for more than 20 years.

At West 65 Mall, I owned business, operational, tenant, and marketing responsibilities, coordinating tenants, leasing, property and facility teams, agencies, suppliers, and external providers. I introduced ClickUp to improve task ownership, deadline tracking, workflow visibility, and follow-up.

Previously, I led agency-side coordination for the East Gate Shopping Center launch at Sky Communications and managed marketing and customer engagement across the Ušće, BEO, Mercator, and Immo Outlet portfolio at Confluence Property Management / MPC Properties.

I'm comfortable translating business needs into practical execution, managing budgets and deadlines, and keeping multi-market teams aligned from planning through delivery.
