Marko Milutinovic

I’m naturally curious about how things work, why they work the way they do, and how they can work even better. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently gravitated toward roles that require organization, ownership, problem-solving, and improving the experience of the people around me.

Most recently, I founded and built MDetailing from the ground up, managing operations, marketing, customer experience, finance, supplier relationships, and business development. I led daily operations, scheduling, and customer communication, prepared a business plan that secured government support, expanded into two additional cities, and then restructured to prioritize long-term quality over rapid growth.

I also strengthened my ability to take responsibility under pressure through roles in hospitality and day-to-day operations, including managing a café during the owner’s absence and coordinating inventory, suppliers, cash handling, and team leadership. Through volunteer coordination with the Red Cross and current boxing coaching, I’ve developed strong logistics, planning, workshop/event coordination, and calm leadership—skills that strongly attract me to Innovation Roundtable.
