I’m looking for an operations leadership role where I can partner with founders and C-level to turn strategy into measurable outcomes—building data-driven systems, automating workflows, and improving margins and execution speed through strong OKRs and scalable processes.

I’m a strategy & operations leader with 7+ years scaling high-growth tech, including global fintech, by building operational infrastructure from the ground up—financial systems, data architecture, and the processes and tooling that make execution cleaner and faster.

Across real estate and global fintech engagements, I’ve turned strategy into measurable outcomes: automating manual workflows with LLM pipelines, standing up core data management and company-wide project systems, and creating CEO-facing dashboards for real-time operational and financial visibility.

At a digital product agency, I scaled the team from 20 to 80+, drove operational and analytics work that supported a 10% profit margin improvement, and led recurring cost-optimization that reduced tooling and infrastructure spend by 30%—while also partnering on the analytical foundations needed for an acquisition.
