What I'm looking for
I’m a People & Culture leader with 6+ years of experience building high-performing, human-centered teams in fast-paced, scaling environments (mainly SaaS/Tech). Most recently, I was People Lead at a remote-first FinTech scaleup where I built the entire People architecture from scratch: structured hiring, performance management, career progression, compensation frameworks, engagement programs, and leadership development.
I believe People Ops should be a strategic driver of business success, not just an admin function. I’m passionate about creating cultures where people and business both thrive - with clear systems, strong leadership practices, and genuine focus on well-being and psychological safety.
