I'm looking to apply my experience in customer success, account health, onboarding, retention, and expansion to build trusted client relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.

At the Los Angeles Dodgers, I owned an $18M+ premium client portfolio, building trusted-advisor relationships and strategic engagement plans that supported satisfaction, retention, and growth. I've led onboarding, training, adoption, renewal outreach, and account-health monitoring across premium service and events.
