I am an ICT graduate from Daeyang University with hands-on experience in networking, web development, database administration (MySQL), server management including Docker, and technical support gained through internships in media, healthcare, and IT services. I deliver reliable, innovative ICT solutions, lead help-desk operations, and handle system administration tasks across Linux and Windows environments.

I have completed certificates in digital skills, advanced ICT (web development, data analysis, social media marketing), and an AI starter kit, and I am an active member of the ICT Association of Malawi. I am eager to grow professionally in a dynamic organization where I can apply my skills to support business operations and development.
