At Global Solutions, I provide remote and in-person client support across the customer service lifecycle. I answer questions through digital platforms, resolve concerns, manage appointments, and maintain accurate client and transaction records.

I troubleshoot scheduling, payment, and account issues while handling multiple customer requests independently. I use Square and other digital tools to process transactions and support daily business operations with professionalism and confidentiality.

My earlier store management and customer service work strengthened my skills in inventory management, team support, customer issue resolution, and fast-paced operations. I'm currently working toward the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
