I’m an HR Executive leveraging hands-on experience across hiring, onboarding, attendance/payroll maintenance, and HR administration. I post job openings on job portals and social media, screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and manage joining formalities and documentation through offer letters.

In my role, I maintain payroll information by calculating, collecting, and entering data, including increments and overtime. I also handle monthly uploading of EPFO & ESIC on respective portals and ensure database updates for new joiners and employees who leave.

I’m committed to improving day-to-day HR operations by maintaining workflow and manpower, organizing exit interviews, and recognizing reasons for resignation. My goal is to strengthen recruitment and HR processes that directly support organizational success.
