I’m an HR MBA (HR) professional with hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Payroll Coordination, Performance Management, and HR Compliance. At J Engineers (ITC PSPD, Sarapaka), I supported employee onboarding, payroll processing, and leave management while maintaining accurate employee records and compliance documentation.

I also coordinated and facilitated training sessions to improve employee engagement and participation, and I managed compensation and benefits processes to support employee satisfaction and retention.
