I’m looking for an HR role where I can own HR operations end to end—recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement—while supporting onboarding, audits, and accurate payroll. I thrive in fast-paced teams and focus on continuous process improvement.

I’m a proactive, results-oriented HR professional with a solid foundation in Human Resource Management and 1.5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. I’ve managed NUPT (Negative Unpaid Time Off) cases for the USA at Amazon, researching policies to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy.

In my HR Executive role at Paramount Health Insurance and Services TPA Pvt Ltd, I supported background verification for 100+ employees and led recruitment through job portals and partner consultants. I also processed minimum wages letters, visa certificates, and affidavits for PAN India employees, while coordinating training & development and helping with audit preparations.
