Founded a peer-learning product community for product managers across markets. Designed and launched the first cohort model combining practitioner-led sessions, peer learning, and practical AI use.

Owns product strategy and roadmap for inventory, asset, solar financing and BNPL products. Led a 0-to-1 inventory-financing pilot generating ₦300M in transaction value over 60 days and leads a 10-person cross-functional team.

Owned product strategy, discovery, and roadmap for an enterprise AI/data intelligence platform, leading a beta release across 10 enterprise accounts. Developed the product proposition and commercial case supporting a planned $1M increase in annual data subscription revenue.

Led product and commercial strategy for a financial and community ecosystem that grew to 100,000 users, including 12,000 active users and 4,000 daily active users, with 65% D30 retention. Led a 45-person organisation and drove the platform to approximately €200K MRR.

Led end-to-end product development for AI/ML forecasting and enterprise data products. Worked directly with enterprise customers to identify operational problems and embed analytics and forecasting capabilities into daily workflows.

Built the product data and metrics foundation from scratch, defining measures for growth, retention, and revenue. Built 30 dashboards with alerts and monitoring for real-time visibility into product health and user behaviour.
