I’m an adept analyst who combines business development, customer service experience, and information systems support to drive results. I’m open to learn and adapt, and I consistently give the required work rate and go the extra mile for my team.

In a Hybrid role at Talmach Civils and Property Development, I was in charge of Information Technology Support while also owning business development and front office customer experience. I managed clients including Ruwa Local Board, Harare City Council, and Fossil Construction, supported real-estate sales administration (including purchase and agreement of sale), and built digital marketing and social media strategy support.

Previously at PipeCo Africa Group, I delivered sales and marketing strategy, account management, and client retention for PipeCo Africa Zimbabwe. Earlier experience includes sales/marketing for ICT and security solutions (Telnet Business; AT Telecoms), and call-centre product and customer support leadership at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, plus an IT technician/helpdesk internship at Axis Solutions. I also hold an LCCI Digital Marketing Diploma, City & Guilds Systems Support and Customer Service, and an ISC2 CC certification in Cyber Security.
