At Ethiopian Forestry Development, I lead biostatistical analysis and socio-economic research design to evaluate forest conservation and sustainability programs. I also design digital field surveys and author peer-reviewed scientific papers.
At Ethiopian Environment and Forest Research Institute, I analyzed datasets for policy briefs and scientific publications, and coordinated research methodologies with senior scientists. Earlier, as a Statistician at Debre Berhan University, I managed and analyzed datasets and translated findings into visual reports.
My research includes published work on HIV/TB disease progression and survival analysis. I have also supervised quantitative data collection for the MasterCard Foundation/ISSER project and collected and transcribed interviews for the ATI Ethiopia Agricultural Commercial Clusters Program Evaluation.
