What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead qualitative social research and project monitoring with strong ethics—engaging communities and stakeholders and translating evidence into practical, accountable public solutions.

I am a public sector professional and social science researcher with over two decades of combined experience in leadership, local governance, and education. I focus on community development, project monitoring, and qualitative research methods.

I contributed as a co-author to internationally peer-reviewed research on genomic ethics and public health perceptions in the South Omo Zone. I support qualitative field data collection and community engagement, and I contribute to translation, local coordination, and ethical clearance processes.

As Team Leader — Ethics and Anti-Corruption, I oversee accountability procedures and ethics compliance monitoring. I coordinate community stakeholder engagements, navigate complex institutional frameworks, and apply social science theories to practical community solutions.

I also bring over 10 years of experience as a professional educator and teacher, delivering classroom instruction and literacy initiatives. I approach each role with dedication, collaboration, and a strong commitment to ethical, community-centered outcomes.
