What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team-focused role where I can drive lead generation and improve conversion through disciplined follow-ups and clear communication, while leading day-to-day operations with strong compliance and CRM-based reporting.

I’m a responsible, ambitious leader focused on generating and qualifying leads to drive growth. In my current Amazon e-commerce role, I support business growth for e-commerce clients by using lead sourcing, competitor analysis, and market research while staying proactive with prospects and follow-ups.

Previously, I led operations and customer-facing activities in US-based organizations—managing chat support and customer service, training and coaching teams for performance, and coordinating with clients. I also strengthened compliance through audits and SOP adherence, and contributed to business development by identifying healthcare facilities’ staffing needs and maintaining consistent outreach to improve conversions.
