I've spent the last 6 years figuring out how to get the right people to notice the right things — through ads, content, email, and a lot of trial and error. Right now I'm leading marketing at GBeetechive, where I helped take a new marketplace platform for Afghan youth and women from an idea to a live product in 4 months, working closely with our dev and creative teams along the way. Along the way, I've grown a company LinkedIn page by 400% in a year and pushed visitor numbers up 12x for one of our sites, mostly by paying attention to what people actually respond to.
Before this, I worked on communications for projects backed by UN Women and other international partners, which taught me a lot about telling stories that are honest, compliant, and still compelling. I've also managed a 400+ account portfolio in a sales-adjacent role, so I understand both sides of the funnel — getting attention and actually closing the loop.
I know my way around Meta and Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, Salesforce, and email automation, but what I enjoy most is the problem-solving part, figuring out why something isn't working and fixing it.
Looking for a remote role where I can dig into growth strategy properly, not just execute someone else's plan.
